Lois Rodriguez has 14 years of experience in multiple sectors of the professional real estate industry, including all aspects of daily operations in commercial, industrial and residential real estate. She has excellent interpersonal, analytical, leadership, customer service and communication skills, which help her build rapport with property owners, tenants and clients. As a property manager, Lois has overseen and maintained large real estate portfolios, including a 500,000 square-foot retail portfolio and a 1.5 million square-foot industrial portfolio. Currently, she serves as an acquisition and relocation agent, working with a number of clients in southern California, including, but not limited to: the Los Angeles Housing and Community Investment Department, Wakeland Housing and Development Corporation and the City of Wildomar. Her responsibilities include providing relocation assistance, preparing offer packages, interviewing displacees and providing advisory services. Energetic and highly experienced in property and business management, Lois holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management.
