James Staudinger has more than 30 years of experience in real estate-related positions in both the public and private sectors and has 20 years of managerial and supervisory experience in public sector right of way projects. He has managed and supervised all major functions of project delivery, including local assistance, acquisitions, relocations, appraisals, property management, excess land, utility relocations, planning and management and condemnation. He is knowledgeable in all steps necessary to acquire property through eminent domain. James has prepared capital and support budgets, workload development and resource management plans on major construction projects and has worked with local public agencies to review their consultant contracting processes, project certifications and compliance with state and federal laws. He is an expert in the knowledge and interpretation of the Uniform Act and the Caltrans Right of Way Manual. James served as the Deputy District Director for right of way for Caltrans District 12 and Right of Way Manager for Central Puget Sound Regional Transit Authority and Orange County Transportation Authority.
